Non-Suspension, Oil-Based, Water Washable Lapping Vehicle
LAPFASTER LE-2 is an oil-based, non-suspension, low viscosity lapping vehicle. LAPFASTER LE-2 does not contain water, but can be cleaned with hot alkaline cleaner solutions. LAPFASTER LE-2 is an excellent general purpose lapping vehicle; it is especially recommended for lapping ceramic flats, phenolics, and most metals.

Application:
Prepare slurry by adding desired abrasive to LAPFASTER LE-2 and mixing until homogenous. The slurry must be circulated or mixed during use to prevent settling of the abrasive. LAPFASTER LE-2 can be cleaned from parts and substrates with ULTRACLEAN 3-E. We suggest a 5% solution of ULTRACLEAN 04-K in water at 65-75° in an ultrasonic agitation tank followed by a water rinse.
