Application:
Dilute with deionized water to 3-8% concentration and use at temperatures up to 90°C. A 2-5 minute ultrasonic immersion in 6% ULTRACLEAN 1435-A followed by a deionized water rinse is sufficient for most applications.
ULTRACLEAN 1435-A works more efficiently when used in ultrasonic baths. For normal cleaning, prior to installing circuitry, we recommend 40KHZ or 58KHZ. For very fine cleaning 132KHZ or 192KHZ is recommended.
Heavy soils: up to 5% Potassium Hydroxide (45%) can be added to increase cleaning efficiency.
